Working Principle of Seed Sorting Machine

After the raw materials are fed in, the bucket elevator first passes through a negative pressure dust extraction fan to remove light impurities such as dust and bran. These impurities are then discharged through the air duct. Next, the material flows into a vibrating screen, where a screen with a customized aperture removes impurities that are too large or too small. Then, the material enters a positive pressure density screen to remove lighter impurities such as debris, buds, insect-damaged grains, and moldy grains.
